For adjusting the high accuracy of chuck during machining process.
This boring ring is for 5″、6″、8″、10″、12″、15″ inches power chuck.
The operation process as following：
1. Set the jaws to correct position.
2. Adjust the jaw boring ring to fit the bolt holes.
3. Lock the chuck to clamp the jaw boring ring.
4. Machining the required size.
5. Unlock the chuck.
6. If these steps are operated correctly, the jaw's clamping accuracy will be very precise.
Instructions:
This boring ring not only has the OD. Gripping function,but also can I.D. extanding and punch through.(Illutration 1,2,3).
No pendulum and the force can be 100% when using the ring,high accuracy can be improved.(Illutration 4 )
No bell-mouth issue at the touching suface when clampping the hard jaws.(Illutration 5 )
